Atlanta-area plastic surgeon Dr. Keith West has been serving the area with his skill and expertise since 1991. His special interests and talents include facial esthetic surgery and breast and body contouring. After graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia, Dr. West attended the Emory University School of Medicine. Upon receiving his medical degree, he fulfilled his general surgery residency internship and residency at Emory University. Dr. West went on to complete his surgical training and served as chief resident in general surgery at Yale University and affiliated hospitals. After a year as the Winchester Research Fellow at Yale, he returned to Atlanta to complete his plastic surgery residency at Emory University, considered one of the premier programs for plastic surgery in the nation.
Dr. West lives with his wife and three children in Marietta. Throughout his career as an Atlanta plastic surgeon, he has been an active staff member at Kennestone Hospital where he has served as chief of plastic surgery.

Michael J. McNeel, MD, FACS

Dr. Michael J. McNeel offers patients expertise in cosmetic surgery of the breast, face and body. He has served the area since 1997. Atlanta area plastic surgeon Dr. McNeel is well known for his minimal-incision plastic surgery and advanced liposuction techniques, as well as his interest in nonsurgical alternatives for facial rejuvenation, and state-of-the-art lasers and filling material for wrinkle correction.
After graduating with honors from the University of Florida, Dr. McNeel received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed five years of general surgery training, including that as chief resident in general surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Emory which is considered one of the premier programs for plastic surgery training in the country. While at Emory, Dr. McNeel shared his expertise and experience by teaching other plastic surgeons from around the world as an instructor of endoscopic plastic surgery, a minimally invasive technique that results in a smaller incision and less scarring.
Dr. McNeel has been an invited speaker to various organizations and women's groups in the Southeast. He speaks about current trends and procedures in cosmetic surgery and areas for caution one should be aware of.
Dr. McNeel and his family are active members of the community, where they are involved in their local church. He has served Kennestone Hospital as the chief of surgery, vice chief of surgery and chairman of several committees. He has also served as the chief of plastic surgery.

Thaddeus S. Fabian, MD
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Thaddeus S. Fabian is one of the few Atlanta area plastic surgeons to perform advanced revisional cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) or breast flap reconstruction is a very delicate procedure that reconstructs the breast while preserving the abdominal muscles that are usually sacrificed in traditional reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Fabian's other special interests and areas of expertise as a plastic surgeon include facial aesthetic surgery, body contouring, cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
Dr. Fabian earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University. He completed his medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, followed by a general surgery internship and residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Fabian completed a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Washington University School of Medicine's Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, and a fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore.
Dr. Fabian has received numerous awards for his teaching excellence and scientific research. His articles about his work have been widely published, and he is invited to speak often at national conferences for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Fabian lives in Marietta. He enjoys travel and his dogs. He is an active staff member at Kennestone Hospital.

M. Keith Hanna, MD, FACS

Dr. Keith Hanna is a board–certified Atlanta plastic surgeon who holds an undergraduate degree cum laude from Clemson University and earned his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with honors. Dr. Hanna completed a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee–Memphis and then a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University. Additionally, he accepted an invitation from Paces Plastic Surgery to complete its prestigious fellowship in aesthetic and oculoplastic surgery where he received intense training from internationally recognized experts in the areas of facial rejuvenation, endoscopic plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, breast and body contouring, and breast reconstruction. Dr. Keith Hanna has also spent extensive time training in permanent hair replacement with leaders in this field.
Dr. Hanna has authored numerous book chapters and publications on plastic surgery and has presented his work at national and international scientific conferences. Donating his time and services to the underprivileged is also a passion of Dr. Hanna and is demonstrated through his work with Childspring International, an organization that brings children to the United States for medical care not available in their own countries and returns them home with opportunities for a better life.
