How can I articulate what I want done? Can I see an example?
Our cosmetic surgeons combine their years of experience with the best available technology to meet your individual needs. We use computer imaging to help our patients decide what changes will provide the look they want. A digital picture will be taken of you during your in-office consultation, and you and your surgeon will use a computer program to discover how various plastic surgery treatments will change the appearance of your face or body. How and when do I pay for surgical treatment?
We make every effort to offer Atlanta-area and Cobb County residents the services of a skilled cosmetic surgeon at an affordable price. We accept most major insurance plans for payment for cosmetic or reconstructive surgery procedures. Unfortunately, few strictly cosmetic surgery procedures are covered by traditional health care insurance policies.
A deposit is required at the time of scheduling surgery. Payment for your procedure is due in full at your pre-operative visit to our Atlanta-area offices, usually 10 days before your plastic surgery.
Available payment options are cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or financing. The financing option at Marietta Plastic Surgery is available through a national company, and approval or denial can be determined within several hours of completing an application.

What do my fees cover? What if I cancel my surgery?
Payment includes the plastic surgeon's fee, anesthesia fees, operating room fee, and supplies fees. It may also include other services such as laser usage, or special post-operative garment needs. These fees are itemized and provided in a list at your consultation.
If your results would benefit from a revision, your cosmetic surgeon will revise your surgery at no extra charge. However, you will have to pay the expenses for anesthetic fees and operating room supplies incurred during the revision.
If you decide that you do not want to undergo plastic surgery, and you cancel after scheduling, you will be obligated to pay 10 percent of the plastic surgery fee in full. For cancellations that are less than a week prior to the scheduled plastic surgery date, the fee will be 100 percent, unless we can fill your scheduled time with another patient on short notice.

Will my surgery be private?
We know that for our Atlanta plastic surgery patients, privacy can be a matter of great concern. Whether your procedure is performed in our offices or at a hospital, your Marietta cosmetic surgeon and his staff will make every effort to keep information about your surgery private. At Marietta Plastic Surgery, we absolutely adhere to all legal privacy requirements, as well as make every effort possible to assure the privacy of all information, whether it has been submitted to this website or is contained in our patient files.

In a hospital, your cosmetic surgery is completed in the same facility as heart surgeries, appendix removals, and any number of other procedures. At Marietta Plastic Surgery, our facilities are used and prepared exclusively for patients undergoing plastic surgery.
Moreover, if you schedule your surgery at our Atlanta-area plastic surgery center, your privacy is assured. A hospital can be a very public and open place. However, at our plastic surgery facilities, every room, from the waiting room to the surgical facilities to the recovery room, has been designed with your privacy as a priority.
Finally, Marietta Plastic Surgery's cosmetic surgical center is accredited both by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF), a national association, and by the state of Georgia.

What does AAAASF mean?
AAAASF accreditation means that the safety and welfare of our plastic surgery patients is our first priority. We continually demonstrate that our cosmetic surgery center maintains the highest standards of care during the AAAASF's frequent inspections. We maintain a state-of-the-art facility, and our supplies and equipment are routinely inspected for safety and quality. We voluntarily submit to AAAASF inspections to assure that we continue to do everything in our power to make each patient's experience the best it can be.
Because we are an AAAAS-accredited facility, we are able to attract highly skilled and experienced staff. Because of their skill, the best cosmetic surgeons and nurses can choose where they will be employed.
